Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday), excluding UK bank holidays.

UK Shipping

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

• £5.99 for orders under £99

• Free standard shipping on orders over £99

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order has shipped.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

International shipping will be introduced gradually.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us at
ledoublewearshop@gmail.com so we can initiate an enquiry with the courier.

Packaging

Orders are sent in discreet, minimal packaging.
Where possible, we reuse packaging materials and avoid unnecessary inserts or labels in order to reduce waste.
